• Asthma and Chronic lung disorders monitoring and treatment
• Blood pressure monitoring and treatment
• Diabetes monitoring and treatment
• Well Woman checks, including cervical smears
• Midwife led Antenatal clinics
• Post-natal checks
• Family Planning
• Blood tests – available on Mondays and Wednesdays (for specific blood tests only)
• Flu vaccination clinics (September to March annually)

Medical Examinations, Reports & Other Certificates

Doctors are usually able to carry out medical examinations and complete forms, reports and certificates for the purposes of insurance and employment. If you require any of these services, please submit your request in writing.

A fee is usually payable for such non-NHS services and these are outlined below. Patients should inform the Receptionist if they are requesting such a service as an extended appointment is usually necessary. Please note that such reports will normally take up to 4 weeks to process.
