Home visits are offered to those patients too ill to attend the surgery or those that are housebound. Please note that a lack of transport is not a sufficient reason for a home visit and children should be brought to the surgery in accordance with national guidelines.

If you believe that you or a relative may require a home visit, please contact the surgery as early as possible by calling 020 8363 4156. The Duty Doctor may be able to address your problem by telephone or may refer you to a suitable local service to do so.
