Practice manager oversees the daily operations and strategic development of our medical practice. His responsibilities encompass:
- Ensuring efficient practice administration
- Implementing and maintaining quality management systems
- Overseeing financial management and resource allocation
- Facilitating communication between staff, patients, and external stakeholders
- Managing human resources and staff development

The reception and administration team
Our dedicated reception team serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing essential support to both medical staff and patients. Their multifaceted role includes:
- Managing appointment schedules
- Welcoming and registering patients upon arrival
- Addressing initial patient enquiries and requests
- Liaising between patients and medical professionals
Working in tandem with our receptionists, our administration team handles a variety of crucial back office functions:
- Generating and managing prescriptions
- Recalling patients for screening and routine appointments
- Handling new patient registrations
- Managing patient referrals
- Handling correspondence, including letters and reports
- Fielding patient queries and providing information
- Managing test results (available after 3:30pm)
