If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Accessibility

If you have any special needs, please let our staff know so that we can ensure you get the same support in the future.

Wheelchair access

The surgery has been specially adapted to make it easier for disabled patients to visit. There are no steps at the entrance of the building giving patients easy access. To access the clinical room the disabled patients can take the lift. Please ask our friendly reception team for assistance.

There are several dedicated disabled car parking spaces available behind the practice. They are clearly signposted. Disabled patients can access the practice through the parking door. Please ring the bell to gain entry.

We have a wheelchair for patient’s use, at their own risk, should you require one whilst visiting the premises.

We have one accessible lavatory for disabled patients using the surgery. It is located on the first floor in the waiting area.

Disabled parking – Blue badge scheme

If you would like to park outside the practice on the street, the blue badge scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows blue badge holders to park in otherwise restricted areas and use dedicated disabled parking bays.

Loop system

We have a loop induction system at the reception desk to assist the hearing impaired. For more information on the loop hearing system visit Hearing Link website.
